Chef DeMar is a licensed and insured professional chef, with a passion for creating unforgettable dining experiences. His professional journey began in Kansas City, Missouri, in 2012 as the kitchen manager at Concord Fortress of Hope Church, where he mastered the art of meal planning, inventory management, and staff leadership. His dedication to excellence led him to establish Fletcher's Catering in 2016, bringing high-quality cuisine to a diverse range of clients.

With his wife as his business manager, Chef DeMar successfully led a team of 3 to 5 employees and served thousands of happy customers across Kansas City. His expertise and reputation earned him the honor of catering for Mayor Quinton Lucas' campaign events, solidifying his status as a trusted name in the industry.

In 2020, Chef DeMar relocated to Dallas, Texas, bringing his culinary expertise to the metroplex. Today, he continues to cater to a wide variety of events, serving delicious, high-quality meals tailored to each client's unique needs. His commitment to excellence has earned him a strong clientele, including Oak Cliff Bible Fellowship Church, where he is currently employed.
